Why this journal exists

I created this journal for myself.

 

There was a time when I often felt emotionally drained — constantly thinking about others, overanalyzing conversations, and trying to keep everyone happy.

 

Even when people genuinely cared about me, something still felt off. I found myself doubting feelings, intentions, and connections.

 

At some point, I realized I had slowly lost connection with my own needs and emotions.

 

Journaling became the space where I could pause, reflect, and understand what I was actually feeling.

 

Writing helped me slow down the noise in my mind and reconnect with myself.

 

This journal supported me as I began rebuilding that connection — gently, honestly, and at my own pace.

 

I’m sharing it in the hope that it can offer the same quiet support to others who feel emotionally tired from always giving so much of themselves.
